You have to get 2 USB-C Ethernet adapters, and connect them that way with an Ethernet cable. I'd be surprised if the S21 Ultra couldn't do the same. WebTap Settings > Connections > Mobile HotSpot and Tethering. Connect your phone to your computer via USB cable. For best results, use the cable that came with the phone.
