WebIf you are only photo editing using photoshop and nothing else, I would recommend Intel since the iGPU in their CPUs can accelerate those tasks. If you are doing anything else on the PC, I would recommend AMD since they are significantly better overall (multi-core performance, security, newer architecture, etc.)

I put 32gb of RAM in it for the same reason your sister wants to, multitasking. Cost me about $1900 USD through CLX Gaming (I had a hard time finding a similar build for that price, and I even opted to overclock the processor and GPU). This week Adobe released an update of Lightroom Classic with improved GPU acceleration. They had it before, but it was very limited.
