Internally, schools use lesson observations to assess how well teachers are performing but more importantly, as a form of CPD. WebChange at-risk behavior to safe behavior. Obviously then, in order for the process to be as successful as possible, the observers must have both the observation skills and the communication skills to achieve these objectives.
